Ascribe unto the Lord (Psalm 96:7–8a,9b–10a,10c,9a,2,3b,5a; Psalm 115:4–8,3,12,13,15a,14b,15b) – Samuel Sebastian Wesley

Psalm 96:7–8a,9b–10a,10c,9a,2,3b,5a; Psalm 115:4–8,3,12,13,15a,14b,15b
2Â Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.
3Â Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
5Â For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the Lord made the heavens.
7Â Give unto the Lord, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the Lord glory and strength.
8Â Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
9Â O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.
10Â Say among the heathen that the Lord reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.
3Â But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
4Â Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
5Â They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
6Â They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
7Â They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
8Â They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.
12Â The Lord hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.
13Â He will bless them that fear the Lord, both small and great.
14Â The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children.
15Â Ye are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth.
